Students have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of sports across the College.
A wide range of individual and team sports are also catered for with students progressing from the Wellington to Gippsland level and if successful then on to the State finals.
In recent years students have made State finals in swimming, athletics, cricket, soccer, basketball, tennis and badminton.
Students will be given the opportunity to practice and build strength as a team for any sport they choose to sign up and represent the school in.
In the past, the Annual House Cup has been awarded to the House that has accumulated the highest number of points across each of the school’s carnivals (swimming, cross country and athletics). However, now all students have the opportunity to win points for their house.
All students and staff at Sale College belong to one of three Houses; Grainger, McIntosh or Guthridge and compete for their own house in College Events that run throughout the year.
