Using Word, make a table that looks like the one below
In the first column, type keywords about the topic you are researching.
In the middle column, cut and paste information from the websites you are using.
In the third column, make notes in your own words using the ‘cut and paste’ information
Make sure you add the bibliographic details for each site you use.
The table will grow to fit the information you add
