Sale College offer many opportunities for students outside the perimeter of the school. Apart from many day excursions for particular classes, our program gives students the opportunity to participate in local, interstate and international experiences.
In Year 7 students attend a camp locally as part of their transition to secondary schooling and at the end of Year 9, they have the opportunity to finish their Guthridge Campus years with a week long trip to Queensland via Sydney.
From Year 9 through to VCE we have an extensive Outdoor and Environmental Education program that gives students a fantastic taste of a variety of outdoor and adventure activities, from Surfing to Snow Skiing, Mountain Bike Riding, Rock Climbing and Bushwalking.
In Years 9 & 12, we provide overnight trips to Melbourne to open our student's eyes to the city, its cultures as well as possibilities for work and study at University.

International experiences have allowed students to both visit, as well as host students from Japan and America.
Sale College has established an international partnership with Phan Chu Trinh Secondary School, in Hanoi, Vietnam to support student-learning outcomes. They will be one of 15 schools around Australia in 2016 embarking on an internationally acclaimed project aimed at fostering greater ties between Australia and the countries of ASEAN through education.

Both new and existing eligible families will need to apply/reapply for the Camps Sport and Excursion Fund for this year. Forms can be collected from the front office at either campus.
